Return Policy:
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for up to thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that are made resulting in the shipment of any incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.
To begin your return please email us at sofia@capcityproduce.com Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Once we issue a credit we will notify you by sending an email to the email address you provide.
